smaXtec Community Guidelines
Goals and values of our community
The smaXtec Community is a place for exchange, knowledge transfer and mutual support in all aspects of preventive health management for dairy cows. We want to bring together farmers, herd managers, milkers, veterinarians, experts and all cow lovers to learn from each other and shape the future of dairy farming together.
The Community Guidelines apply to all public posts and private messages from our participants. Participants are defined as all persons who interact on our social media channels.
Desired behaviour
- We communicate respectfully and cooperatively – even when opinions differ.
- New ideas and experiences with smaXtec are welcome – innovation thrives on exchange.
- Friendliness counts, even when there are language barriers.
- We express criticism objectively and in a solution-oriented manner, never personally.
- We help each other and share our knowledge.
- Every question is welcome – whether simple or complex.
- We take concerns and issues seriously.
- We actively contribute to a positive atmosphere.
- The community is a place for exchange and learning, not for advertising.
- Furthermore, the rules of the respective platform apply and must be observed.
Unwanted behaviour
- Laws apply here too – please abide by them.
- Insults, discrimination, racism, sexism or incitement to violence have no place here.
- Personal or confidential data must not be shared or published.
- No advertising or spam.
Consequences for breaking the rules
Violations of the Community Guidelines will be pursued in the interests of all members. We want to offer everyone a trusting and positive exchange. Depending on the severity, we treat violations with different consequences. Possible consequences range from a written warning to temporary or permanent exclusion from the community. Any violations of applicable law will be reported to the authorities.
If we overlook a violation, please report it to socialmedia@smaxtec.com. We will take care of it!
