Below you will find the terms and conditions for the 'new customer referral bonus' of smaXtec animal care GmbH and the subsidiaries smaXtec GmbH, smaXtec AG, smaXtec Inc. and smaXtec Ltd, smaXtec Ltd (IE) and smaXtec Limited (NZ).

• Promotion is only valid for customers at the time of referral and redemption.
• The bonus cannot be redeemed in cash.
• The contact details of the new customer must be provided by you in writing and before smaXtec contacts the new customer.
• The 10% bonus is only available for the new customer's first order. Subsequent orders are not included in the calculation.
• The monthly fee for active Boli remains unaffected.
• Legal action is excluded, subject to change, our general terms and conditions (../gtc) apply.
