For Jeroen van Eijndhoven, the early detection of diseases in particular is crucial for optimising health management on his farm. In addition to the early detection of diseases, Jeroen van Eijndhoven is particularly pleased with the system's support for optimised heat detection: “We actually deal with heat detection on a daily basis. Since we started using the smaXtec system, we have seen a visible improvement in pregnancy checks.“The farmer has also been impressed by the improved insemination index of his cows: “Fertility has improved. It's definitely a big advantage that the system shows me the ideal time for the insemination.“

Another plus point for Jeroen van Eijndhoven is the practical application of smaXtec in his day-to-day work. He emphasises: “smaXtec has not only changed our health management, but also improved the processes at the company. It's the little things, for example, we usually do the morning rounds and then get on with the rest of the work. The simple thing is that you get a notification via the app if a cow has a fever, or reduced drinking behaviour, so that if you are doing other work in the barn, you can immediately check on the cows that need it.“The continuous monitoring of his cows' health with smaXtec has led to visible improvements for the farmer and enabled proactive health management: “I would definitely recommend smaXtec because you get so much more information about your animals that you are always two steps ahead.“
